On the surface, Shaba Segun is an accomplished musician and producer with 25 years of experience in Music. He is from Ondo state in NIGERIA. He attended (Command Secondary School Ibadan), and also bagged his Bachelor in science from one of the best schools in Nigeria(UNILAG) where he studied (Building & Engineering).
Shaba Segun started playing the (Drums) at a very tender age of 5 and ever since has grown to become one of the best (professional) drummer in Nigeria.
He has played and also recorded for many artists e .g (Timgodfrey, Eben, Tosin Martins, Nosa, Evangelist Oyindamola Ayibiowu, Pastor Tolu Ijogun, Mayowa kings, Florocka, and the energy master Dare Justified. Also played on many stages.
He is also an educator on drums and tours around Nigeria for drum clinics encouraging both young and old In the music and drumming world.
He is known for his African grooves, Energy, speed and diversity in approach to a different genres of music. He endorsed Tama drums, PAISTE cymbals and sEelectronics.
